This Privacy Policy explains how Real Estate Genius Incorporated collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you use HOAStrategy.com. It also explains rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

If you provide it, information about HOA role or affiliation.

Content you upload to the service, including HOA governing documents and related materials. These documents may include personal information about homeowners or residents, such as names, addresses, and violation records, depending on what you upload.

We may create inferences about how the service is used to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information other than what may appear within documents you upload.

3. Sources of Information

  1. Directly from you during account creation and support requests
  2. From documents and content you upload
  3. Automatically from your device and browser when you use the service

  2. Process and analyze uploaded documents to generate responses

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.

6. Use of Uploaded Documents for Improvement

We may retain and use uploaded documents and related usage data for model improvement, analytical training, prompt optimization, evaluation, and quality assurance.

Where feasible, we apply reasonable measures intended to reduce personal information in datasets used for improvement, which may include redaction, aggregation, and de identification. However, not all content can be fully de identified.

6.1 Training Opt Out

You may opt out of the use of your uploaded documents for improvement by emailing tony@huntermason.com with the subject line "Training Opt Out". Opting out will not prevent processing needed to provide the service.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We may retain improvement datasets longer to support quality and safety of the service, subject to the safeguards described in this Policy.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption in transit and encryption at rest where appropriate. No system is perfectly secure.

9. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have the right to:

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

9.3 Appeals

If we deny a request, you may reply to our response and request a review.

10. Children

The service is not intended for individuals under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will provide notice on the website and, where appropriate, by email.
